Friday had puan yeap..
and LYPG and Hokkien Service..
Saturday went Ipoh..hehe..
Sunday had Youth Movie Day
Monday went joe's house

today..
played basketball at CRC this morning..
or shud i say tried to play..
haha..
i do not knw how to basketball..

ive been trying some dieting and exercising plans
in hopes of utilizing the spare lorry tire i have been
carrying around for years..
